Epsom Salt For Sinus What Is Special About An Epsom Salt Bath?

What is special about an epsom salt bath? - epsom salt for sinus

I only take a bath of Epsom salt, because my track coach told me if my muscles were sore. I did as he said, mostly in the bag of Epsom salt and it worked. What is really doing the Epsom salt? Why is it on a regular basis from a regular bath or salt bath?
