When flossing, your gums start to bleed. I do not know if it because I do good or bad to floss. How can I hurt the gums?

  1. Try dental tape, which is much finer than silk and is no longer used. twice daily if possible - and before washing.
    mae sure that you floss correctly, shake not the gums - Mae, that you are under the right side of the teeth and gums pull the wire C-shape around the tooth after sweeping.
